The online MyHSA Patient Portal sign-up is now live!
Once your account is set up, it will be accessible from any online device.
There is also an app available if by downloading HealtheLife, which is another way to access the account (it is available in the US App Store, but not yet in the UK). However, persons can still access through the website links from the UK.
When you have an account the QR code and vaccine info will be under COVID CENTRE. If you see a message that states COVID-19 Immunization records unavailable, this means your digital vaccination record has not been uploaded yet. If you see the error Account Update from Clinical Staff/Provider Needed – you should email firstname.lastname@example.org, include a contact phone number and someone from our team will call to get this error fixed.
